Exercise Combo’s for Your Fat Loss Workouts #4

Rolling right along with some of my favorite exercise combos (and exercises that work more than one major muscle group), here’s another one of my favorites, the “Iron Cross”.

The “Iron Cross”  combines a squat and fly movement effectively working out your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and chest along with your deltoids.

How To Do The “Iron Cross”

  1. Stand with your fee shoulder width apart, dumbbells at your sides, as diet pill buy if you were forming a cross. (This should be done with light weights. Usually 10-25 lbs. For most men and 2-7 lbs. For most women)
  2. Perform a squat (thighs parallel to buy levitra medication the floor). Simultaneously raise your arms straight out in front of your torso, parallel to the floor, with your palms facing each other. Hold this position for a second or two.
  3. Now stand while simultaneously moving your arms out to your sides while keeping them parallel to the floor.
  4. Repeat.
