Exercise Combo’s for Your Fat Loss Workouts #2

Today I’m going to share another exercise combo with you.

I love using these combo’s because they allow you to hit multiple body parts while simultaneously kicking your fat burning engine into overdrive.

Over the next few days I plan on sharing more of my favorites with you.

In fact this is one of my all time favorites, the squat-curl-press. It’s a great and time-efficient way to engage multiple body parts in one exercise.

How to Do the Squat-Curl-Press

  1. Hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides with your palms facing forward.
  2. Bend at the hips and knees to lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
  3. Stand up, but as you stand, perform a bicep curl.
  4. At the end of the curl, press the weights overhead, rotating your wrists so that your palms face forward.
  5. Lower the dumbbells in front of your chest then back to your sides.
