A Quick Reminder on "Bad Fats" & What’s Better Than Fish Oil?

I’ve written about “bad fats” before, but it’s a subject that requires constant evaluation and study.

“Bad fats” include corn oil, sunflower oil, ampicillin 500mg peanut oil, safflower oil and to a lesser degree, canola oil. These oils have some very undesirable charecteristics in common. They:

Depress the immune system
Increase inflammation
Impair enzymes cozaar going generic necessary to convert other oils into DHA oils (which results in a depletion of “good fats”)
