Everywhere we look we’re bombarded with weight loss advice. Infomercials are pitching fat-burning pills and the latest ab machine. Celebrities like Queen Latifah, Marie Osmond and Dan Marino are pitching “new and improved” systems like Nutrisystem and Weight Watchers and Oprah using and pitching the latest fad diet like the Acai Berry Diet scam.

We’re constantly being bombarded with so much misinformation that it’s no doubt people don’t know what to believe anymore.

Well, I have some advice for you from someone pretty famous. He’s been around for thousands of years.

1. Eat all the Lucky Charms you want, they’re “magically delicious”.
